The fruit received by the company
is classified, prepared and packed according to our clients' requirements,
including packing for export and for the domestic market, guaranteeing
its proper handling.
We now have a new packing plant covering 6,500 square metres located
on Route 1, kilometre 11,5 on Camino Bajo de la Petisa. This plant
has a complete line for fruit selection, treatment and packing,
including an electronic calibrator, degreening chambers and specially
trained staff with over 20 years experience in this area. Cutting-edge
technology is used to process pears, apples, citrus fruit and blueberries.
The
new plant has 4 fast cooling tunnels taking up to 80 pallets per
day, 2 degreening chambers taking up to 1000 bins and 2 chilling
chambers taking up to 580 pallets.
Our processes have been awarded EUREP GAP, HACCP and ISO 9001-2000
quality certification. BRC certification is currently in process.
