Concentrated
lemon, mandarin and apple juice.
Concentrated fruit juice is prepared
by extracting the water from fruit at its exact point of
ripeness. The rest of the concentrated fruit is preserved
at a low temperature. This product is sold on both domestic
and foreign markets, mostly for the preparation of soft
drinks. It is exported to Argentina, the US, Belgium, Spain
and Israel among other countries.
The concentrated fruit juice is canned in metal drums inside
a double polyethylene bag to avoid contact with the metal
part of the drum. The canned juice is kept in cold chambers
at a temperature of -20ºC until it is marketed.
