It involves approximately 70 hectares located in the area of Rincón del Cerro on Route 1 and Camino Bajo de la Petisa, only 11 kilometres from the port of Montevideo.
This is a privileged location considering its proximity to the port of Montevideo, the banking area, custom agents' offices, importers/exporters, public sector agencies, etc.
The project has been designed mainly as a complement to the activities carried out in the port such as storage of perishable and non-perishable goods, national and international cargo transportation,

transfer of goods to smaller trucks suited to the city, and related forestry sector activities, among others.
The Polo Oeste Industrial and Service Estate will be divided into plots of various sizes ranging from 3,000 to 94,000 square metres. This division will be done using an ecological approach, respecting existing green areas and watering places and taking the necessary precautions to ensure that environmental quality is preserved.
